Express, Merrill Lynch, and Lexmark International. He has experience in all aspects of business operations, in particular: Prior to his tenure with AT&T, Mr. Degan was an Assistant Vice President with Citibank's Project Risk Review and for 10 years in various capacities with Stuart
Dean Company, a well respected private firm servicing primarily the Commercial Real Estate and Construction industries, with nearly fifty offices throughout the Mr. Degan holds a Masters of Science in Information Systems from Pace University
Mr. Degan is an Executive Associate of The Institute for Independent Business International (IIBI). The Institute for Independent Business (www.iib.org.ws) is a not-for-profit research, training, and accreditation organization, established in 1984 to provide "practical advice that works", with membership exceeding 4,500 worldwide. Before his association with The Institute, Mr. Degan had over twenty years of leadership experience in Information Technology, including starting a successful IP Telephony consulting practice.
